Today, in Marib, a partnership and cooperation agreement was signed between the Yemen International Development Agency and the Education Office in the governorate to implement an alternative school in the Marib Sky neighborhood in the Al-Kasara area, consisting of five classrooms with its annexes, furniture and equipment with all educational supplies.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Ali Al-Abab, Deputy Minister of Education, Director of the Education Office in the governorate and Executive Director of the Yemeni International Development Agency, Dr. Abdul Salam Muhammad Al-Salami, in the presence of the Director of the Public Works Office, Eng. Abdullah Al-Aqili, Deputy Director of the Education Office, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Bakri, and Director Project Management, Mr. Abdullah Shaddad, and the Organizations Coordinator at the office, Mr. Yasser Al-Haidari from the office side, Dr. Jamal Qahtan, Acting Project Manager, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Jouri, Acting Director of Alliances and Partnerships.
The project of this agreement comes as one of the development projects implemented by the Yemen International Development Agency to contribute to improving the educational process in the displacement camps, which include thousands of displaced people from outside the Ma’rib governorate.
