Distribution of Sacrificial Meat to Hundreds of Needy Families in Yemen

In an atmosphere filled with generosity and human solidarity, the Yemen International Agency for Development carried out the distribution of sacrificial meat to hundreds of needy families across various regions of Yemen. This initiative came as part of the agency’s ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering of the most vulnerable groups during the blessed days of Eid al-Adha.

This humanitarian project was implemented within the framework of a package of developmental and relief initiatives that the agency is keen to implement annually. The goal was to bring joy and happiness to the hearts of the beneficiaries and to embody the values of giving and compassion that characterize this religious occasion. The sacrificial meat brought smiles to the faces of children, women, and the elderly, granting them a sense of inclusion in the festive spirit of Eid despite the difficult humanitarian conditions in the country.

The Yemen International Agency for Development emphasized that this year’s sacrifice project reflects its continuous commitment to strengthening the spirit of social solidarity, and delivering a humanitarian message that generosity knows no limits, but rather renews itself with every occasion to become another Eid in the lives of the beneficiaries. The agency also expressed its appreciation to all supporters and contributors who made this noble work possible, calling for more humanitarian partnerships to expand the number of beneficiaries in the coming years.

Through this humanitarian effort, the agency reaffirmed its role as one of the prominent actors in the development and relief field, stressing that serving humanity and alleviating suffering remain at the core of its mission.
