Urgent Relief for Yemen

The disastrous floods have resulted in a massive humanitarian crisis for the Milhan District in Al-Mahwit Governorate and many other Yemeni governorates. Numerous lives have been lost to these floods, and many homes and infrastructure have been severely damaged. In addition to severely destroying roads and vital facilities, the floods have damaged hundreds of dwellings and left dozens of families homeless.
Due to this tragedy, we are starting our humanitarian effort to help people impacted in the Yemeni governorates devastated by the floods. By rebuilding new dwellings and obtaining necessary living materials, we hope to give the affected families immediate support through this campaign.
Problem And Damage Caused:
Numerous governorates in Yemen, including the Milhan District, have experienced severe flooding that has destroyed a great deal of infrastructure and residential areas. Many locals have lost their jobs as a result of the demolition of hundreds of homes. Along with displacing people and causing dozens of deaths, the floods have also damaged roads and interfered with basic utilities like electricity and water.
What We Will Do:
– Construct new residences for impacted households.
– Provide displaced people with the necessary supplies.
– Assist in restoring damaged houses.
– Give the injured immediate medical attention.
How Our Work Will Mitigate the Damage:
– Rebuild houses to give impacted people a secure and long-lasting place to live.
– Alleviate the suffering of homeless families and provide them with safety.
– Contribute to restoring normal life by securing basic needs and urgent humanitarian support.
Everyone is invited to participate in this campaign to assist the individuals in the Milhan District affected by natural disasters. We are working to reconstruct their homes and lives to give the families who have lost everything a better future.
What We Have Done Before:
Emergency intervention in the earthquake in Turkey, where we provided humanitarian support and basic materials to those affected, which helped mitigate the effects of the disaster
Intervening in the construction of 100 housing units for displaced people with special needs, represented by Al Wafa and Al Ihsan housing units
Intervening in the construction of 17 schools in various Yemeni governorates
Sponsoring more than 2,000 displaced students
