The agency’s office in Yemen signs a memorandum of understanding with the Communication Foundation for Development for the construction project of Al-Aqili School

The Yemeni International Development Agency, the Yemen office, and the Communication Foundation for Human Development signed a memorandum of understanding for the construction project of Al-Aqili School, funded by the Al-Aqili family endowment and supervised by Al-Rahma International Society in the State of Kuwait. The agreement was signed by Dr. Abdel-Salam Al-Salami, Executive Director of the Agency, and Mr. Obaid Omar Obaid, Director of the Office of the Communication Foundation in Marib, in the presence of Brother Dr. Jamal Qahtan, Director of Projects Management by the Agency, and Brother Dr. Abdullah Al-Juri, Director of the Alliances and Partnerships Department.

The Yemeni ambassador to Turkey visits the Yemeni International Development Agency

The President of the Yemeni International Development Agency, Dr. Abdul-Raqeeb Abbad, received His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen, Major General Muhammad Salih Tariq, at the Agency’s headquarters in Istanbul. The ambassador praised the great and proactive efforts exerted by the agency through various development projects.
The two sides also discussed the importance of strengthening coordination between Yemeni institutions and organizations, and working to unify efforts to support those affected by the earthquake that struck southern Turkey.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Weam Al-Din Al-Hudaini, Director General of the Agency, and Mr. Talal Jamil, the media attache of the Yemeni Embassy in Ankara.

The Yemeni International Development Agency launches Tamkeen Program

About the program:

The Yemeni International Agency for Development – Turkey is launching the “Tamkeen Project”, which is an integrated course for the rehabilitation of young men and women by providing an advanced qualification program, starting with the English language, with the aim of obtaining a certificate (TOEFL) or (IELTS) and leading to professional and administrative skills needed by the labor market, with the support of the Commission. International Islamic Charity, in cooperation with the English Castle Institute.

Conditions for joining the program grant:

  1. The applicant must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a minimum average of 80%.
  2. The age of the applicant should not exceed 40 years.
  3. The applicant for the scholarship must be fully dedicated to studying the intensive program.
  4. The applicant undertakes to complete the study program until its end.
  5. The applicant for the program should submit a financial guarantee at the rate of 20% of the scholarship seat fees that will be returned to him at the end of the program, or a solidarity guarantee from a sponsor accepted by the agency.
  6. After being accepted, the applicant is required to sign a contract with the agency.
  7. The applicant must pass the personal interview successfully.

  4. The number of seats specified for the in-person study system is the highest percentage of the online system.
  5. Attaching previous certificates in studying English to support the acceptance rate.
